no sound on my TV with the Orange decoder

Hello, I have a little problem for a few days, I can no longer get sound on my TV with an Orange decoder connected to it. If someone could help me that would be super cool. Thanks in advance.

I also have this issue with my Sony KDL-52W4000 TV and Orange UHD 86 decoder.
I also switched to the new Orange TV (update of the decoder interface)

For your information, after speaking to a real technician from Orange TV decoder at 3900, he told me that this problem is well known in their services and that as of today they do not have a solution.

This problem exists for certain SONY PHILIPS televisions...

Hello, you need to press the menu button on the remote while simultaneously pressing yellow and blue. From there, you will see some options from the TV appear, scroll down to delete and press OK. Scroll down to restart and press OK. Your decoder will turn off after a few minutes. Turn it back on and follow the instructions.

Hello,

I had the same issue and after reading the topic I tried flo30's method.
Since I couldn't get the "menu," I took a slightly more radical approach: I turned off the decoder by pressing the button at the back.
When I restarted it, it reset itself and since then I've regained sound, especially on M6 replay.
I haven't checked for other channels, whether live or replay.

hello, me too no sound: finito. at first the sound was there 1 time out of 2 and now, I have to turn it on 10 times for the sound to work: it turns on perfectly after a while (lol) but there’s no sound at all. I noticed a big difference between the sound the box provides and the original sound from the TV. when I put a DVD on for my little ones, the TV sound is loud, basically it’s taboo but maybe the box is messing up the TVs with the cuts and other electrical impulses... it bothers me to have to buy a new TV just for the sound.
