I tried both links, but when the driver is installed, it still doesn't work.

hardware

device manager

find the scanner (imaging devices) right-click to open and right-click to see what Windows says

Hello,

you just need to go to the Medion website, support section, then type in your scanner's reference to download the corresponding driver. You're lucky I'm not a salesperson because some would have charged you €100 for a service when they would have just downloaded the driver from the right address, and of course, they would keep their little secret to themselves ^^
