WIRELESS MOUSE NOT RESPONDING Solved

Question

Hello,

I have a Windows XP QWERTZ laptop, I bought a LABTEC MEDIA WIRELESS DESKTOP 800 AZERTY wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse

I started on Monday and everything was working fine, but since yesterday, the mouse does not work anymore

When I plug in the USB key, I am following the startup correctly, the keyboard responds but not the mouse
the mouse light is on and the batteries are new

It is clearly stated on the packaging that no software should be installed

I have tried several times to turn off my PC and redo the process but the result remains the same

I also have a mouse problem; it’s a Logitech with a USB receiver, but when I connect the receiver to the computer, it says my new hardware is installed correctly but the mouse doesn’t respond. HELP!

Hello,  You should have a little button under your mouse that allows you to sync it with your key.  Best regards

What does synchronized mean? The only thing I see is a red button called connect; I have pressed it several times, and the red light under the mouse is indeed on.

You might be too far from the receiver for your mouse; try moving it closer to see if it works.

Hello, here is my problem, I bought a wireless USB mouse from the brand Whitcom and it doesn't work even though my PC says the device is functioning; I have read and applied all the possibilities from the forum but nothing works, so does anyone have a miracle solution? Thanks in advance.
