Hello,
Today, I was on the computer and accidentally, my mouse fell. Since then, it doesn't work anymore.
I tried removing the batteries and putting them back in or unplugging the USB dongle and reconnecting it, but nothing works.
My USB dongle no longer blinks (like it used to) but my keyboard still works ...
Another thing, my keyboard is Compaq, my mouse is HP, but my USB dongle, which is also HP, only recognizes the Compaq -_-" quite strange after all.
Thank you for your help, which will surely be valuable to me.

Hello,
Remove and reinsert the batteries in the mouse.
Look for the "connect" or "sync" button which should be located under the mouse and on the USB receiver.
Press both buttons at the same time for 10 seconds (the receiver must remain connected to the PC while you press it).
