Hello,
It tastes like too little, we don’t know the Windows version (if there is Windows) and whether the installation is in UEFI or BIOS
Access to the recovery console is indeed via F3, tapping repeatedly as soon as the computer restarts, from which you can reset (if you can’t do anything else) or repair at the command line.
The drive does not boot because it is dead (there is nothing you can do) or not connected properly (check) or the boot sector is damaged.
Repair this sector with F3-Options at the command line if possible
Otherwise you need to restart from a Windows installation USB/DVD and reinstall Windows over itself without data loss. -
Hello,
He's looking for Windows, up to the network, somewhat needlessly; this generally means that the Windows operating system or the storage containing it is defective.
You should check in the BIOS if the storage is still recognized and whether you will need to replace it and reinstall the system on a new blank media. In other words, there is a bit of work to do, but for someone with some IT maintenance knowledge it’s simple; it just takes a little time.
If you’re not knowledgeable and want to repair your PC with the least cost, the best option is to go see a technician affiliated with a local city association near you. -
hello, this message generally indicates that the PC cannot find the boot drive and is therefore trying to boot from the network (PXE). check in the BIOS that the SSD/drive is detected and that the correct drive is set first in the boot order.
