en fait la tantot j'avais un gros soucis, lorsque j'essayais d'ouvrir mozilla ou un autre programme celui ci s'ouvrait plus de 100fois d'affilé.
j'ai fait un scan avec spyboot search and dest. , puis avec avg anti spyware , puis avec bitdefender et maintenant avec hijackthis et ca donne ceci . En fait , j'ai peur que le problème persiste ou que mon ordinateur soit infecté merci

Télécharge SDFix (créé par AndyManchesta) et sauvegarde le sur ton Bureau. 
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe 

Double clique sur SDFix.exe et choisis Install 
pour l'extraire dans un dossier dédié sur le Bureau.

 Redémarre ton ordinateur en mode sans échec en suivant la procédure que voici : 
• Redémarre ton ordinateur 
• Après avoir entendu l'ordinateur biper lors du démarrage, mais avant que l'icône Windows apparaisse, tapote la touche F8 (une pression par seconde). 
• A la place du chargement normal de Windows, un menu avec différentes options devrait apparaître. 
• Choisis la première option, pour exécuter Windows en mode sans échec, puis appuie sur "Entrée". 
• Choisis ton compte. 

Déroule la liste des instructions ci-dessous : 
• Ouvre le dossier SDFix qui vient d'être créé dans le répertoire C:\ et double clique sur RunThis.bat pour lancer le script. 
• Appuie sur Y pour commencer le processus de nettoyage. 
• Il va supprimer les services et les entrées du Registre de certains trojans trouvés puis te demandera d'appuyer sur une touche pour redémarrer. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour redémarrer le PC. 
• Ton système sera plus long pour redémarrer qu'à l'accoutumée car l'outil va continuer à s'exécuter et supprimer des fichiers. 
• Après le chargement du Bureau, l'outil terminera son travail et affichera Finished. 
• Appuie sur une touche pour finir l'exécution du script et charger les icônes de ton Bureau. 
• Les icônes du Bureau affichées, le rapport SDFix s'ouvrira à l'écran et s'enregistrera aussi dans le dossier SDFix sous le nom Report.txt. 
• Enfin, copie/colle le contenu du fichier Report.txt
 dans ta prochaine réponse sur le forum, avec un nouveau log Hijackthis !

Regarde ici
Je t'ai fait passer SDfix qui est un programme qui supprime 
des trojans/backdoor connues et rootkits, donc pour voir s'il 
a fonctionné correctement, il me faut un nouveau log Hijackthis qui  été fait juste après le Fix

Salut

Télécharge VundoFix.exe (par Atribune) sur ton Bureau. 
http://www.atribune.org/ccount/click.php?id=4 

* Double-clique VundoFix.exe afin de le lancer. 
* Lorsque l'outil se lance à nouveau, clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo 
* Clique sur le bouton Scan for Vundo. 
* Lorsque le scan est complété, clique sur le bouton Remove Vundo 
* Une invite te demandera si tu veux supprimer les fichiers, clique YES 
* Après avoir cliqué "Yes", le Bureau disparaîtra un moment lors de la suppression des fichiers. 
* Tu verras une invite qui t'annonce que ton PC va s'éteindre ("shutdown"); clique OK 
* Démarre ton PC à nouveau. 
* Copie/colle le contenu du rapport situé dans C:\vundofix.txt 



ENSUITE


Télécharges ComboFix à partir d'un de ces liens : 

http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe 
https://forospyware.com 
http://www.geekstogo.com/forum/files/file/197-combofix-by-subs/ 

Et important, enregistre le sur le bureau. 

Avant d'utiliser ComboFix : 

&#9658; Déconnecte toi d'internet et referme les fenêtres de tous les programmes en cours. 

&#9658; Désactive provisoirement et seulement le temps de l'utilisation de ComboFix, 
la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
 qui peuvent gêner fortement la procédure de recherche et de nettoyage de l'outil. 


Une fois fait, sur ton bureau double-clic sur Combofix.exe. 

- Répond oui au message d'avertissement, pour que le programme commence à procéder à l'analyse du pc. 

/!\ Pendant la durée de cette étape, ne te sert pas du pc et n'ouvre aucun programmes. 

- En fin de scan il est possible que ComboFix ait besoin de redémarrer le pc pour finaliser la désinfection\recherche, laisses-le faire. 

- Un rapport s'ouvrira ensuite dans le bloc notes, ce fichier rapport Combofix.txt,.
 est automatiquement sauvegardé et rangé à C:\Combofix.txt) 

&#9658; Réactive la protection en temps réel de ton Antivirus et de tes Antispywares,
 avant de te reconnecter à internet. 

&#9658; Reviens sur le forum, et copie et colle la totalité du contenu de C:\Combofix.txt dans ton prochain message.

les autres rapports disent quoi? suis je infecter ou pas

devrais je encore faire des scans pendant longtemps comme ca ou c'est presque terminé.

merci de me dire ce que disent mes rapports antérieurs.

Le rapport smitfraud est clean donc tu peux le supprimer
Tu as une infection &#9658; SeekmoOE (vundo)

Donc les fix que je l'ai mis l'éradiqueront -- suis bien à la lettre &#9658; combofix

voila je viens de telecharger vundofix cependant j'ai envoyé scan for vundo puis j'ai appuyer sur la croix et je l'ai perdu , j'ai voulu le telecharger a nouveau et il me dit vundofix is still running et j'entends mon disque dur travailler mais je l'ai perdu je fais quoi stp j'attends le rapport ca prend du temps ou penses tu que je devrai recommencer merci marie

j'ai un probleme lorsque je telecharge combofix une page noire s'ouvre avec ecrit C: puis une fenetre de dialogue s'ouvre en dessous et me dit "YOU CANNOT RENAME COMBOFIX AS COMBOFIX" please use another name ok alors que je n'ai rentré aucun nom. 
et puis j'appuie ok plus rien 

comment dois je faire pour l'avoir sur mon bureau

pour le telecharger je suis obligé d'etre connecté a internet et d'avoir mes antivirus etc? n'est ce pas

ensuite je ferme toutes les fenetres ou je dois egalement deconnecté mon modem par exemple 
je reessaye de telecharger combofix mais je retrouve le meme probleme

Tu as peut-être mal lu la procédure ::))

Tu le télécharges
Tu l’installes SUR ton bureau

ENSUITE

Tu te déconnectes
Tu désactives tes protections

Tu vas sur ton Bureau

Et tu continues la procédure


orque tu me dis laisse le travailler tranquillemen ca veut dire quoi que combofix est telecharger
Lorsque tu double-clic sur Combofix.exe,  il va te donner un message d'avertissement, tu réponds OUI....

Ensuite tu ne fais plus rien sur ton pc... Tu vas faire un tour pour laisser ComboFix faire ce qu'il a à faire

Cela sera fini lorsque tu auras sur ton écran un bloc note...

je renvoie un rapport hijackthis car j'ai fait un scan avec AVG antispyware il a détecté 2 problemes: 1 downloader.Wimad.I élevé
                                                                                                                                                               2 tracking cookie.tmdt( un truc pareil) moyen

je les ai effacé

j'oubliais de te dire que j'ai fait le rapport en mode normal et non pas en mode sans echec , si ca pose probleme je le refais en mode sans   echec( la difference c'est quoi au juste) merci de me dire surtout ce que tu penses de mon rapport .

Par contre il faut que tu installes un pare-feu


Désinstalle tous les Fix que je t'ai fait passer 
Pour compléter

·	Télécharge ToolsCleaner de A.Roshtein sur ton Bureau.

·	http://a-rothstein.changelog.fr/TC/ToolsCleaner2.exe

·	Clique sur Recherche et laisse le scan se terminer.
·	Clique, sur Suppression pour finaliser.
·	Tu peux, si tu le souhaites, te servir des Options facultatives.
·	Clique sur Quitter, pour que le rapport puisse se créer.
·	Poste moi le rapport (TCleaner.txt) qui se trouve à la racine de ton disque dur( C:\).

j'ai déja un pare feu bitdefender total security 2008 fait office d 'antivirus et de pare feu en meme temps (t'en penses quoi, ne l'as tu pas vu?)
 
comment je fais pour desinstaller tous les fix proprement? il ne sont pas dans ajout suppression de programmes mais bien dans C:

je fais quoi clic droit sur la souris et supprimer simplement ( ca m'etonnerait qu'ils s'eradiquent completement) en plus je crois qu'ils sont dans programmes files egalement.

oui j'ai vérifier les fix sont dans C:   j'ai combofix, sdfix, vundofix backups et 2 rapports un de combofix et un de vundofix et un rapport gvmlog j'ai egalemment un dossier QUOBOX (avec dedans un dossier quanrantaine et des rapport combofixquanrantined) tout en sachant que j'utilise avg et spyboot QUOBOX  a peut etre a voir donc je ne supprime pas ce dossier

et dans programmes files je vois un dossier DIFX

st p dis moi comment desinstaller cela proprement et ce que je peux desinstaller merci

Tous les fichiers et tous les dossiers
A chaque fois tu marques un fix, et tu lances la recherche
tu supprimes tout ce qu'il trouve

A la fin tu passe un coup de Tool

voila j'ai ete dans rechercher a chaque fois qu'il trouvait qq chose j'ai fait clic droit effacer. J'ai vidé ma corbeille avec cccleaner.


j'ai telecharger tool l'ai fait rechercher au premier scan il a detecté le fameux QUOBOX( un truc du genre ) dans C: je l'ai supprimé et j'ai pris toutes  les options facultatives la sauvegarde registre m'a donné un dossier dans C: inscription dans le registre de 60.62 ko lorsque j'ai voulu l'ouvrir bitdefender a commencé a s'affoler en me disant que si je connaissais le programme je pouvais accepter sinon pas j'ai préféré refuser pour le moment. PUIS JE ACCEPTER?

puis j'ai refait deuxieme recherche avec tool plus rien voila le rapport

t'en penses quoi? puis effacer tool et le dossier sauvegarde je le garde dans C: ou je l'efface

Tu n'en as plus besoin.

Pour Tool une fois que tu l'as fait correctement et qu'il t'a supprimé les Fix tu le vires
Il a été crée et n'est utilisé QUE pour les Fix, donc ne te servira pas 
à grand chose concernant le nettoyage

puis effacer tool et le dossier sauvegarde je le garde dans C:
