Question

Bonjour,je suis novice en informatique hier j'ai eu un probleme avec une icone de avast courrier electronique alors ce matin j'ai suivi ces recommandations  Virus] Méthode préliminaire de désinfection

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo. 

ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste 

Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis 
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier. 
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Relance HijackThis, choisis "do a scan only" coche la case devant les lignes ci-dessous et clic en bas sur "fix checked".

tu as avast et bitdenfeder, il ne faut garder qu'un seul antivirus

les virus sont dans ta restauration:


désactive la restauration système pour purger les virus qui seraient dedans

puis redemarre ton ordi puis
 puis réactive là
 (dans DEMARRER puis TOUS LES PROGRAMMES puis ACCESSOIRE puis OUTILS SYSTEME puis RESTAURATION SYSTEME puis paramètre)

merci pour vos reponses mais hier apres midi tout as plante impossible d'ouvrir quoi que ce soit ni meme de supprimer un antivirus apres 2 heures de plantage j'ai du reinstalle le systeme et donc formate,j'ai fais cela grace aux 2 dvd de reinstallation de HP et j'ai ce matin remis avast au dernier scan je n'ai pas de probleme dois je installe d'autres choses?merci quand meme de votre aide pensez vous que le probleme dans la restauration systeme est resolu? dois je faire autre chose pour etre bien protege?

Rq : spybot et ad-aware on sorti de nouvelles versions cette année vérifiez que vous avez la dernière version
