Copy or extract a video from a website

Question

Hello everyone  I would like to know if it is possible to copy this video: https://www.cbc.ca/sports/olympics/winter/figureskating  ( The video I want is on the right where it says " Live Video " )  2- To view it, you need to click on: Championship Figure Skating on CBC: BMO Nationals ( just below coming up ).  This video is live so we can only watch it at the specified times.  But I wanted to know if we can copy this video to be able to play it on Windows Media Player.  Thanks in advance to everyone who will respond!!!

To copy or download a video from YouTube or another search engine dedicated to this purpose, you can try Internet Video Converter.Always try it for me; it works on any site.

Okay, but I don't think Real Player can help with my downloading problem because what I want to do with these videos is convert them to AVI format or another video format so I can play them in Windows Media Player.   But I believe Real Player is for playing videos.   But I want to extract video sequences from the site: https://www.cbc.ca/sports/olympics/winter/figureskating   And not find video playback software.   Thanks anyway for trying to help me !!   If anyone knows how to help me, please don't hesitate to respond.

Hello For those who use Firefox https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:1/cat:22/sort:popular  search for videodownloadhelper, it's an add-on that allows you to save videos small colored balls install themselves in your search bar and spin when you're watching a video, click on the small arrow next to these balls and choose to save in FLV. The video can then be found in the dwhelper folder. For playback, you need VLC media player.
