How to find the pufferfish sims DS

Hello,

I have a problem in The Sims Castaway on Nintendo DS.

I can't find the pufferfish, and I need it to make a trade that will help me create a hammer later on.

I've searched online in forums, but they all had different answers that I tried, and none of them worked.

I need reliable sources because I'm stuck right now.

Actually, it’s the farmer who needs to give you peppers once you have them, and when you go to see the cook, he asks for a crate of peppers. I searched for a long time on how to do it because he wants a pepper, but when you offer him one, he doesn’t want it. So for him to accept and for your quest to be complete, his health bar needs to be completely green. Once everything is green, he will accept your pepper and your quest will be finished, then you can go fish for the puffer fish. Here’s the summary:

- Ask the farmer for peppers
- Talk, etc. with the cook so that the health bar is GREEN
- Once all that is done, give him a pepper (he thinks of a crate, but that's not what he wants)
- And that’s it, you can go fish for your puffer fish.
