Insufficient pagination file Solved

Hello,
I wanted to watch videos with Windows Media Player and create them with Windows Movie Maker, but Windows tells me that my pagination file is insufficient... Can we solve this problem?

Hello,

The paging file, or virtual memory, is a file where the PC stores what it can no longer keep in RAM.

Look up this topic, everything is in the settings, or check and change the size of the virtual memory file.

For example, if your machine has 1GB of RAM, it should be set to 1.5GB (1.5 times the actual memory), and you can go up to 2GB.

Thank you for your quick and efficient response. Unfortunately, I looked at the discussion above, I did what they said but it still shows insufficient... Is it possible to recreate a pagination file or make space on it?
Otherwise, do you know a software to create videos like WMM?

The paging file is a temporary file on the hard drive that serves the same purpose as RAM when the operating system runs low on memory, except that the hard drive is infinitely slower than RAM, causing the PC to lag significantly. It is advisable to have 1GB of RAM with XP and 2GB with Vista.

You set the size of the page file in the Control Panel, System, Advanced, Performance Settings. It is recommended to manually set the size with the same minimum and maximum size to avoid dynamic allocation, which takes some time, for example, 1024-1024 MB, and to place it on C or better on a second hard drive if you have two hard drives in the PC.

Your message comes either from the page file being too small; increase it to 1024MB or 2048MB, or from a severe lack of RAM, for example if you are running with 128MB, 256MB, or 512MB, which is completely outdated and problematic. Then add RAM, and be careful about compatibility with your motherboard.
