Hi, I have a big problem with the MMC (Microsoft Management Console). I no longer have access to the file like defragmentation.
It tells me that Microsoft Management Console cannot open the file c:/windows/system32/devmgmt.msc
The file may not exist, is not a MMC console, or was created by a later version of MMC.
This may occur because you do not have sufficient access rights to this file.
