In fact, it's a show called "Sans Aucun Doute" presented by Julien Courbet; he has lawyers on the TV set, and people call them about problems they have in their lives, but generally, they're very serious issues, so for your problem, it might be a bit difficult.
It's every Friday night starting at 11 PM or 11:30 PM.

It is impossible to change a professional mobile number that he has had for over 10 years. His boss is aware that he receives these kinds of calls and is ready to support him and file a complaint as well.
In fact, the calls concern me personally. They tell my ex to leave me alone, that I should be left alone, and they threaten him with repercussions if he has any further contact with me.
