Hello,

my son got his digital camera for Christmas, but I can't get the photos to display on the computer even with the software installed on the computer. I would like to know how to retrieve the photos?

thank you in advance
Configuration: Windows XP Internet Explorer 6.0

I had emailed Lexibook. They have finally replied.
apparently it would be a driver compatibility issue with Vista. you need to send them your addresses so they can resend the appropriate CD.
    good luck

    Hello,
I have exactly the same problem as you, I find it unfortunate, given the price of the device, the kid is really disappointed (and us too, by the way!).
I plan to try to go see Toys'R'Us to get an explanation...
I'll keep you posted, please do the same if you have any news in the meantime...

      Hello,
I installed the CD: click on duo mode camera, then on my dsc and a small camera icon appears, and the photos display.... I searched for a long time.... now I can clear my photos.... I hope this will help you....

    so I found the solution:

you need to go into the Photo Impression 4 software
    import a photo
    camera and scanner
and in select source you must set DUAL CAMERA and not coach digital camera
you click on the small icon with the scanner and the camera and the photos start loading.

      Thank you, it works indeed!
Well, the photo quality isn't great, but we shouldn't expect miracles either. I think it's nice and my 5-year-old son is delighted!

I've already tried, but it tells me there are no photos in the camera even though I have 10 displayed on the LCD screen of the device. I don’t know what to do anymore!!!!!!!!!!

      Hello,
reading you I realized that I had the same problem as you regarding the Spiderman digital camera that my son received for his birthday. I did follow the installation CD instructions, and despite the 90 photos taken by my son, when we try to transfer them as indicated in the CD, I get a message saying that my device contains no photos! He is utterly desperate and I am annoyed. I therefore wanted to know if you have managed to find a solution in the meantime. Thank you

I called the store where I bought the device, we have until January 15 to return the defective Christmas toys.
I will check on site and I will keep you informed as well.

    Hello,
    *
For my part, I gave up the idea of photos, with Vista nothing works, I can't download the photos,
as of today my youngest is the one who play-acts taking photos with a camera I don't recommend to anyone!!!!!!!!

I have Vista and I didn’t have any trouble installing the software or importing the photos. But the photos are awful—arch-null; all blurry! money wasted!
