Sims 2 Castaways on DS [HELP PLEASE]

Hello,
I've been on the island for 72 days (in the game, of course).
Right now, I'm at the point where the chief is asking for lime and sardines, but to get lime I need to trade seeds with the farmer, and she is asking for mangoes that are on the island to the left (so what to do?!). To get to that island, I need to craft a canoe, and to craft it, I need the chief's chisel (I have that) and the hammer (I don't have that). But here's the problem, to get the hammer I need to find the hammer handle (I don't have it and I don't know where to find it), a stone, and vines. As for the doctor, she is asking me for curry! For the curry, I heard I need eggplants and sugar. To obtain those, I need seeds that are exchangeable with the farmer! But the farmer can't trade anything (there's still no <Trade> option). Please help me.

PS: for this message, I am specifically waiting for 3 responses: the first telling me how to make the hammer. The second telling me how to prepare the curry and the third telling me where to find the mangoes once the canoe is made and I am on the island. Thank you so much.

    I have almost all the ingredients for the exchange with the hammer handle, but I’m missing the pufferfish and the translucent green insect (I think I’ll find it soon), but where is the pufferfish (which is harpooned during the day)?

    EDIT: That’s it, I have all the ingredients except for the pufferfish :'(

    In fact, I just had to swap the hammer handle with the doctor, then make it in the workshop, then make the canoe, grab some mangoes on the island, and give them to the farmer who would give me lemon tree seeds, and there you go lol!

    Hello everyone, I'm at 13% of the game:

    -the farmer asks me to water his banana tree and give him a banana, how do I water it? I found a trick on the internet to transport water (with coconuts...), but I don't know where to make it?

    -the chef is asking for chili peppers, where can I find them??

    -the ropes to repair the bridge, where can we find them??

    Please, I beg you, answer me!!!!!! I'm out of ideas, I've looked everywhere!!!!!

      To water, you need to make a container with a coconut and some small sticks. Once you have watered and harvested, it takes a few days. If you give the items to the farmer, you will see chili peppers growing on her plot. To make the rope, you need to harvest the vines that are on the plot to the right of the farmer; it's the last plant before the next exit.

      You must first look for mangoes on Student Island (to the left where you can dive). Once you have completed the farmer's mission, you will be able to exchange lime tree seeds that produce lemons.

    For the hammer handle, you need to exchange it with the doctor, but I can't remember what for, and I'm trying to figure out how to make the rope (3 vines, okay) but where is the crafting workshop??

    Hello,

    I'm at the same point as you for the bridge!

    For the banana tree: to build it, there's a spot (to the left after your house) where there's a big rock, and you click on craft an item, then go to the stream and draw some water!

    The chili pepper: well, the farmer has a banana tree, a chili bush, and a raspberry bush; you need to water them!

    For the bridge, I'm looking too, and I also need a shovel!

    Please help me, I don't know where the shovel is!!!! I've looked everywhere!! So I watered the yellow plant next to the pond but now it needs to be cut down and when it's cut down, we'll need to plant something, so I need the shovel!!
