The Sims 2 Castaway DS need help please

Hello,
so here I am explaining I’ve been stuck for several days ='(
the cook asks me to improve his fire, the farmer asks me for a potion to repel the parasites.
I understood that the potion is located at the doctor but I lack ingredients that I can't find =( (the fish "rouget" and the red algae). and really I’ve dived and dived and fished over and over and I can’t find anything !!
Also in the workshop a curiosity item needs the light blue algae! and same I’ve dived and dived to always find the same things every time !
so here I have a big problem if I don’t find these objects I won’t be able to get a shovel and if I don’t have the shovel I can’t progress =S ....
If anyone could guide me because I’m about to lose it^^

    Go to a video game site, there is the complete solution [I think, but I'm not sure] you need to go check it.

    Oh sorry, I thought it was available =( If I had the game I could have bought it, but I'm not really interested in The Sims 2 on consoles.
