my computer freezes on the desktop background Solved

Question

Hello, Today I turned on my computer and the Windows taskbar at the bottom (Start) has disappeared, along with all my icons on the desktop. I only have my wallpaper. The mouse works, but nothing shows up when I right-click, nothing happens when I press: Ctrl + Alt + Del, nothing happens either. The mouse is not stuck But after that, I don't know what to do. Hello. Restart your PC, tap the F8 key as soon as it powers on, then in the startup menu that appears, choose "Last known good configuration". Keep us posted.

Hello. Check the programs that launch at startup in Windows, start ===> run ===> type "msconfig", press enter, then in the window that opens, go to "startup" and uncheck everything you don't need (except for the antivirus). You can always recheck some boxes later.

Click on Ctrl + Shift + Esc on your screen, you will find Task Manager.   Click on Close.
