Plus de droits d'admin, accès refusé

Bonjour,

j'ai un énorme soucis, je ne peux plus modifier/supprimer/déplacer/créer ni fichier ni répertoire. A chaque tentative on me lance un "erreur, accès refusé".

J'ai tout esseyer parmis les nombreuses solutions présentes sur ce forum.
J'ai même ajouter l'onglet sécurité a XP home pour pouvoir réacquérir les droits sur les fichiers/dossier mais rien a faire.

La seul bonne choses c'est que le comportement est tout a fait normal en mode sans échec mais que le problème réaparait à chaque reboot en mode normal.

Le système à été scanné par norton anti virus avec les dernières mise à jours.
