Alcatel 2592 locked phone

Question

Hello,

I got an old Alcatel 2592 phone. During the trials, like a big fool, I mistakenly approved the lock. And since I don't have the initial password, I'm stuck.

My question. Is there anyone who has the manual for this phone who could check and let me know:

- how to reset the phone when you don't know the password?

- What is the factory MP?

I couldn't find the manual for this Alcatel phone, but I found a procedure for another Alcatel to reset it in case of forgotten secret code. Hopefully, the procedure is the same for this one...

8.1 IN CASE OF FORGOTTEN SECRET CODE, RESET PROCEDURE
Perform the following sequences, handset hung up:
First, remove the batteries (see § 2.2).
Press and hold 1 and 2 simultaneously.
Keep the buttons pressed and lift the handset.
Release the 1 and 2 buttons.
Press 3.
Reinsert the batteries.
The device will need to be reprogrammed.

Warning
By performing the following procedure, all device settings are reset to their original factory state. All entries in the directory will be erased, as well as the numbers of SMS server centers and personal mailboxes. All messages in the call log and in the "SMS" boxes will be deleted.

I experienced the same thing. The phone is locked and I no longer have the manual. Do you know what the procedure is to unlock it? Or possibly, could someone send me the manual?

To unlock the Alcatel 2992 TR1, you must enter the RAZM code IN PLACE OF YOUR PIN code to erase all the data contained "messages, contacts, outgoing calls, programming: PIN code... this will trigger a reset of the memory without unplugging the power supply from the wall outlet and without removing the batteries.
