Unwanted Office Configuration

Good evening, it’s fine for Word to start normally now, but the issue of the unexpected reinstallation of OFFICE 2007 continues when opening EXCEL, despite entering the command in the registry key = the same as for Word. It is, however, surprising that the dword commands appear in the registry keys specific to EXCEL.
If anyone has solved the opening of Excel, please share your method.

reg add HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Excel\Options /v NoReReg /t REG_DWORD /d 1
it's just by replacing word with excel

Having experienced the same problem along with the stdole32tlb error message when starting Excel 2007, I recommend the method described on the following site:

It worked for me!

The problem arose because no permissions were assigned to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT.

After recovering the Microsoft tool "SubInACL" (link via the URL above), it was enough to follow the few steps described for everything to function correctly.
