Probleme avec navilog (suite trojan+adware)
Bonjour,
Suite à une mauvaise rencontre avec 2 trojan + 1 adware, j'ai installé Navilog1 mais après avoir fait toutes les manip, quand je veux avoir le rapport bloc notes je n'ai rien !!!
J'ai pour message : "impossible de trouver le fichier c:\fixnavi.txt. Voulez vous créer un nouveau fichier ?"
(pour info je travaille sur vista, antivirus Avast et voici les trojan et l'adware trouvés : trojan N°1 win32:IRCBOT-CFZ[Trj] ///// Trojan N°2 win32 : mailskinner [Trj] ////Adware win32 : navipromo - H [Adw]. Je les ai mis en quarantaine pour le moment.
Que faire avec navilog ?

Suite à une contamination par deux trojans (win32:IRCBOT-CFZ[Trj] et win32:mailskinner[Trj]) et un adware navipromo sous Windows Vista avec Avast, l'utilisateur n'obtient pas le rapport Navilog1 et reçoit le message 'impossible de trouver le fichier c:\fixnavi.txt'. Plusieurs scans effectués par Avira AntiVir sur le Windows System Directory et sur My Documents n'ont détecté aucun virus ni programme indésirable, ce qui explique l'absence de rapport dans Navilog. Plusieurs conseils pratiques préconisent d'utiliser Navilog selon le mode fix: sélectionner l'option 2, redémarrer le PC et récupérer le rapport qui s'ouvre ensuite dans le bloc-notes. D'autres contributions recommandent l'emploi d'anti-spywares complémentaires et d'un pare-feu, ainsi que l'utilisation d'outils compatibles Vista et de versions récentes pour éviter les incompatibilités lors des analyses.

Je conseille de renomer Hijackthis, pour contrer une éventuelle infection de Vundo.
ex:Renomme le fichier HijackThis.exe en eden.exe pour cela, fais un clic droit sur le fichier HijackThis.exe et choisis renommer dans la liste
Ensuite avec Explorer créer un dossier c:\hijackthis
Décompresser Hijackthis dans ce dossier.
C'est important pour les sauvegardes."

Désactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (tu le réactiveras après ta désinfection):
- Va dans démarrer puis panneau de configuration
- Double Clique sur l'icône "Comptes d'utilisateurs"
- Clique ensuite sur désactiver et valide.
Télécharge maintenant Navilog1 depuis-ce lien :
http://perso.orange.fr/il.mafioso/Navifix/Navilog1.exe
Enregistrer la cible (du lien) sous... et enregistre-le sur ton bureau.
Ensuite double clique sur navilog1.exe pour lancer l'installation.
Une fois l'installation terminée, Fais un Clic-droit sur le raccourci Navilog1 présent sur ton bureau et choisis "Exécuter
en tant qu'administrateur".
Au menu principal, Fais le choix 1
Laisse toi guider et patiente.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Analyse Termine le ..... ***
Appuie sur une touche le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Copie-colle l'intégralité du rapport dans une réponse.
Referme le blocnote
Le rapport fixnavi.txt est en outre sauvegardé dans %systemdrive%.-

Le fix va t'informer qu'il va alors redémarrer ton PC
Ferme toutes les fenêtres ouvertes et enregistre tes documents personnels ouverts
Appuie sur une touche comme demandé.
(si ton Pc ne redémarre pas automatiquement, fais-le toi-même)
Au redémarrage de ton PC, choisis ta session habituelle si nécessaire.
Patiente jusqu'au message :
*** Nettoyage Termine le ..... ***
Le blocnote va s'ouvrir.
Sauvegarde le rapport de manière à le retrouver
Referme le blocnote. Ton bureau va réapparaître
Réactive le contrôle des comptes utilisateurs (UAC)
PS:Si ton bureau ne réapparaît pas, fais CTRL+ALT+SUPP pour ouvrir le gestionnaire de tâches.
Puis rends-toi à l'onglet "processus". Clique en haut à gauche sur fichiers et choisis "exécuter"
Tape explorer et valide. Cela te fera apparaître ton bureau

recolle un rapport hijackthis-
ok jusqu'ici c'est clair, par contre avant de lancer l'étape 2 de Navilog1 je voudrais ton avis.
je travaille sur une version vista et j ai un compte administrateur + 1 compte standard et je n'arrive pas à désactiver le contrôle de compte utisateur comme tu me l'as demandé.
Lorsque je vais dans l'aide pour trouver la manip, il me mets ceci : "Désactiver un compte d’utilisateur : Si vous souhaitez rendre indisponible un compte d’utilisateur, vous pouvez le désactiver. Un compte désactivé peut être réactivé plus tard. Désactiver un compte et le supprimer sont deux opérations différentes. Un compte supprimé ne peut pas être restauré.
Remarque : Il est impossible d’effectuer ces étapes sur Windows Vista Starter, Windows Vista Édition Familiale Basique et Windows Vista Édition Familiale Premium.
C'est tout de même bizarre qu'on ne puisse pas le faire sur vista ????? Y a t il une solution ?

Désolée de te déranger à nouveau mais je ne m'en sors pas...
j ai cliqué sur ton lien http://www.zdnet.fr/telecharger/windows/fiche/0,39021313,39267471s,00.htm pour lancer panda antirookit.
je l'ai téléchargé. Ensuite j ai donc un dossier compréssé sur mon bureau. J'ai donc fait extraire tout.
Un 2ème dossier s'affiche alors sur mon bureau avec "PAVARK" , j'ai cliqué dessus et j'ai fait exécuter.
Mais je n'arrive pas à le lancer, voici la fenêtre et le message qui s'affiche "operating system not supported"
Au moment du téléchargement, il affichait dans la description : compatible windows2000/XP
Peut être n'est il pas compatible avec vista ?

Et sinon comment je supprime avec navilog ? Quel choix ?
Bref, je suis une bête de l'informatique comme tu peux le remarquer. "Bête" au 2 sens du terme !!!

Je viens de faire un scan anti espion avec spybot (8 éléments trouvés)
j'ai ensuite refait un scan Avast, et là il m'a encore trouvé un trojan :

Je l'ai mis en quarantaine.
Faut il refaire navilog1 choix 1 ???
Demain c'est décidé, j'installe spywareblaster et kerio.

Décompresse-le et double clic sur le fichier MSNFix.bat.
- Exécute l'option R.
--Si l'infection est détectée, exécute l'option N
- Sauvegarde ce rapport puis fais un copier/coller de ce rapport sur le forum.
Note :
Si une erreur de suppression est détectée un message s'affichera demandant de redémarrer l'ordinateur afin de terminer les opérations. Dans ce cas il suffit de redémarrer l'ordinateur en mode normal
Sauvegarder et fermer le rapport pour que Windows termine de se lancer normalement.
