Problème installation d'imprimante

je possède une imprimante HP DESKJET 840 C et comme je ne le trouve pas dans l'ajout imprimante, j'ai installé par défaut HP DESKJET 815 C qui refuse d'imprimer tout ce qui provient du Net. SVP répondez moi

pourquoi ne pas installer les vrais pilotes!!
