Hi Guys need your help with freebox v5 tcp Résolu

i am new here guys..unfortunatley i can not speak french ..hope can get help here..i want to configure my onkel ´s computer in france from germany..i have access with teamviewer..i am trying to open the ports tcp 21 and udp 2499 in his freebox v5..but i am doing something wrong.it is not working... is there a firewall in his router or how can i open it..

I'm french so ecxuse my english ! :p

To control a PC from Germany, you can use https://www.logmein.com/
Your uncle will have to install a small software, and after that, you'll be able to configure you uncle's Computer thanks to https://www.logmein.com/ (you have to know the IDs your uncle chose) It's a very good software because of the fact you won't have to open ports. Just a small client to install !

To conclude, if you really want to open ports in a Freebox V5, you have to use http://www.free.fr, in your uncle Account.
