Pb how to convert pds file HELP :'(

Hello, Everything is said in my title... I'm using Power Director which saves in pds  How can I convert them to avi or mpeg or quicktime  Thank you for helping me, I am desperate.

The PDS file produced by Cyberlink is not a video. It is an XML file that describes all the information from the edit you made with your video. This file allows you to reopen your project to modify it. It is from this file, using the "produce" command, that you create your final video, which will be in the format you defined (avi or mpeg).
If you really want it in wmv, you will need to convert this video with a conversion software like SUPER, for example. I forgot to mention that I also use this software, but you might have guessed it.

comment ça, ça ne sert à rien, moi des fois je renomme des fichiers .mds en .iso (par exemple) et ça fonctionne
quand je double-clique sur un fichier en .mds, le programme de gravure de Nero ne se lance pas directement, mais si je le renomme en .iso, il se lance direct (pourtant les deux sont des fichiers image)
donc, des fois, ça sert à quelque chose
c'est qu'un exemple parmi d'autres

I have the same problem. I made a long video with my camcorder. Then with Cyberlink PowerDirector, I cut my video into 4 segments where I wanted. So far, no problem. But once my 4 videos were saved, I can't play them. They are in a "pds" format. What can I use to play them or convert them to 3gp, avi, mpeg, etc.?

Hello! I've had the same hassle. I've tinkered a bit with the software, but you need to go to the "Produce" tab and it shows different formats in which you can save.
