Bonjour,
Je possède une imprimante Canon Smartbase MP 370, et depuis peu elle ne veut plus me faire de photocopies, une page blanche sort à chaque fois, or en fonction imprimante elle fonctionne normalement. J'ai essayé de recharger le CD d'instalaltion et toujours rien. Je ne sais plus quoi faire, mes encres sont neuves.
Quel est le problème ?
