Hello everyone...
Well, I have correctly written my title for my problem this time, so I hope that someone will give me a hand...
As recommended, I did my little research using Google (the computer scientist's best friend) and various topics on CommentCaMarche.com.
I actually found quite a few topics dealing with passwords for Access databases... And many of you might say: "Another one who wants Access cracking lessons!!!".
Well, not at all.
First of all, I naturally crack (but not in computing, in real life... lol) but more importantly, unlike others who have lost their password (I'm not criticizing... it has happened to me before), I still have my password.
My problem is that I am doing an internship at a company that asked me to fix an Access database. It was protected by a login and password. I was given one and I solved the problem...
The issue is that now, Access is asking me for the password every time and for all the databases...
Well, that's not too bad, I have a good memory...
But I created a database for a colleague... A pretty simple thing but it took me quite a bit of time. And when we tested it on his computer, BAM, here comes Access asking for its password again...
And here's the problem: it's my personal password and this database is going to be used by several people...
Moreover, the data is not the most confidential, so there is no point in having a password.
My question is therefore the following: "How to disable the Login and password request?"
I specify that I created this database with Access 2007 but I saved it in 2002-2003 compatible format. Furthermore, I have two computers at my disposal: one with Access 2007, the other with Access 2003.
So, if you have a solution, with either one, I'm interested...
Thanks in advance...
If you don't have a solution... Give me other alternatives...
If you need additional information, just ask me.
And if I have leads or solutions, I will share them with you...
Thank you all!!!
(PS: I apologize to those who read me, but I couldn't use accents and cedillas... I'm on an internship in England and I'm using a QWERTY keyboard... so no accents... For the rest of the spelling, I made an effort, I hope everything is good...^^)

I found this software called Office Password Remover. You can still check it out; it retrieves forgotten passwords for Office, but it's in English. Here's the link.
Have you seen the number of words you use to get to the point? Cut down on the stories and lay out the facts, you'd have a better chance of getting a response.
Hello everyone...
Well, not many people showed up, but that's okay...
I talked with the employee in charge of Access databases at my company...
He explained to me that, actually, we cannot disable the password requirement because it's a rule for all the company's databases...
However, being an administrator, he created logins for the users of my database... and simplified them...
So all they need to do is enter their login... no passwords needed... and since the login is saved from one time to the next, no problem...^^
Well, there it is...
So, before marking this discussion (one-way discussion) as "Resolved", let me summarize my solution:
When you're not an admin, ask the admin... ^^
On that note, see you soon!!!
