fais un scan en ligne : www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html

Télécharge : hijackthis
L'installer dans un dossier prévu à cet effet.

* Par exemple, C:\HijackThis
* Choisis l'option "do a system scan and save a logfile"; un rapport va être généré…

postes les deux rapports

J'ai pas pu faire un scan avec bitdefender, mais voici ce que j'ai avec hijackthis, sachant que je peux aussi être infesté par d'autres virus. Merci à vous d'avoir porté attention à mon probléme!!!

reinstalle correctement hijackthis, il doit etre dans son propre dossier sur C:
et pas dasn un dossier temporaire comme maintenant.

désolé, je ne suis pas un as de l'ordi et ne comprend pas trés bien votre demande. Hijackthis est sur mon bureau, comment dois-je faire pour le mettre "à sa place"?????

lorsque tu lances l'installation il demande à quel endroit installer, et renseigne par défaut C:\Program Files\Trend Micro\HijackThis
il faut le laisser. il a du aussi créer un raccourci sur le bureau ?
repostes un rapport en cliquant sur le raccourci et pas sur le hijackthis.exe qui est sur ton bureau

est-ce ça??? Je ne maitrise pas, il s'agit d'un fichier zip, et quand je fais extraire, je tombe direct sur la présentation!

Voilà, je crois que c'est bon maintenant, j'ai supprimé le hijackthis que j'avais, puis réinstallé depuis 01.Net et il est installé sur C comme demandé. Voici le résultat, j'ai aussi smithfraudfix, est-ce utile??

bonjout tu vas dans menu demarrer puis rechercher tous les doddiers ;temporary internet inclure les dossiers cachés lancer la recherche ouvrir les fichiers temporaires selectionner tous, puis vider voila tous tes virus sont parti!!
