    Hello,

    And what do you want us to be able to do? It’s illegal and difficult to remove a password; it’s supposed to be a deterrent and, moreover, nothing guarantees that you’re telling the truth, and if someone provides a bypass method, that is illegal and could help other ill-intentioned people who visit this forum to hack other people’s MacBooks.

    The only thing to do is to contact Apple Support with proof to be recognized as the owner.
