Boot issues after motherboard replacement

Hello, following the replacement of my PC's motherboard and CPU (MSI PRO B760-P WIFI DDR4 and 13600KF), I have several problems when starting it.
1/ I couldn't boot Windows because I couldn't select the SSD where it is installed in the BIOS. I finally managed to do it by setting the BIOS to CSM instead of UEFI, but is that the right method?
2/ Now, wanting to update the drivers, the PC does not detect the USB key containing them. Moreover, my PC seems to be on an older backup (old applications, etc.).
3/ I want to go back into the BIOS to perform a flash and update it, but I can't access it at startup; pressing the DEL key takes me to Windows instead.

Hello
Changing the motherboard/CPU while keeping Windows is possible but requires preparation; in this case, it's better to reinstall Windows cleanly.
