Hello everyone,
I’m asking this question because I’ve been looking for a week but can’t find any answers..
I have a 163 cm 4K Samsung TV that I mounted on the wall, it works very well, everything is fine except for one detail: a constant cracking noise from the plastic! Sometimes it cracks from everywhere but it never affects the image, just annoying to the ear..
I would like to know if it goes away with time since it’s new or if I should contact customer service..? Thank you!

I have the same problem after 1 day of use. Same type of Samsung TV. Does it get better after that?

  Same problem with the foot which comes with it, I've had it for 2 weeks and it keeps cracking all the time. It's not annoying when the TV is on, but when it's off, it cracks.

Hello, I'm having the same problem with a Sony TV 163 cm, the TV is only 2 months old.

  I have 3, which are mounted on the wall, and none of them creak... All of them are Samsung.
  
  Worse, Samsung even recommends wall mounting for one of them, as the stand is very fragile to movements and contacts, which could cause the screen to tip over...

  Totally agree, I think the problem doesn't come from whether to fix it to the wall or not... I need to contact Sony support on Monday, we'll see...

Same problem, I bought a Samsung TV 163 cm and it cracks as soon as I turn it on, it's annoying. I'm waiting for the technician from Boulanger to come by, but I think he’ll just tell me it’s nothing, it’s just the plastic, it's normal, he works for them. I'm fed up, I've had it for 25 days and I'm not satisfied. I think Samsung is crap.

  I'm going to try tomorrow, but when I touch the TV, it cracks immediately as if the plastic is bending, but all the time.
