Unknown USB drive

hello

I have several USB drives that my PC no longer recognizes; there is a beep or the LED of the drive lights up but nothing else

it does not appear on the PC

I tried with the Device Manager and also different Diskpart methods, for example, but nothing helps!

I should note that with another PC it’s the same

    Start with one, then we’ll see if they’re different, and I’ll try to help you.

    Tell us more about the key (Brand, Model, Size) * If applicable

    And post a report (created with the connected key) with ChipGenius, as explained at the bottom.

    Note: This is a tool to extract hardware information about USB (USB controller chip model, memory chip, etc.). It can be perceived as malicious software by some antivirus programs even though it isn’t; I’ve been using it for years, nothing to fear.

    Disable SmartScreen and real-time protection of the antivirus temporarily to download, extract everything, and run ChipGenius, or add the files to exceptions.

    Run ChipGenius, then right-click in ChipGenius window and close the small information window (which means that the report is copied to the clipboard) with "Ok", then use Ctrl + V to paste the clipboard text into your next reply.
