Hello,

I recovered an ASUS Eee PC running Windows 7.

I'm having an issue with the keyboard (see photo). When I want to type a "U" it types a "4", for the "i" I get a "5" etc...

Who can help me solve this problem?

I tried pressing the "Fn" key but nothing changes.

Thanks in advance for your guidance

    Hello,

The EEEPCs, like all PCs without a separate numeric keypad, allow using the keys carrying the blue digits.

To return to the alphabetic keyboard, you must click the Num Lk key (F11) on the top row.

    good evening

    try this

To change the display language, follow these steps:

    1. Click Start, then type Change the display language in the search box.
    2. Click on Change display language.
    3. In the drop-down list that appears, select the desired language, then click OK.

Windows 7 language packs are available for computers running Windows 7 Home Premium or Windows 7 Enterprise

      Hello,

for further information, 4 or 5 is not a language.

Although we don't have the promised photo and there are several models, it probably corresponds: the numbers in the top row are obtained with Shift, but those on the numeric keypad below, whose digits are written in blue, are indeed obtained as stated in <1> by what is also: "numeric lock" (absurd since there is no keypad and it cannot activate the top row but the numbers below) by Fn-F11 if the only F11 key is dedicated to another function.
