Hello,

I would like to know, and no technician has answered me clearly. My house is wired with RJ45 in every room, the internet box is connected to the electrical panel and all rooms are connected to the box. If I buy an RJ45 cable and connect my TV in my bedroom to the RJ45 outlet, and the TV as well, could I watch TNT channels without a TV decoder, or am I obliged to have the TV decoder illuminated and therefore watch the same channel as in the living room.

I am with Bouygues and the bedroom TV runs on TitanOS and does not have the b.tv app.

I hope you understood my request, I tried to explain it as best as I could.

Thank you

    Hello,

Try instead to resume and continue on the initial request.

      Hello,

The situation has indeed changed. At that time there was no internet subscription, now there is a box ;-)

There is therefore no antenna input in this room and this concerns only TNT?

If the Bouygues app cannot be installed because the TV is not Android, there aren’t plenty of solutions available.

If the TV is smart enough to go on the Internet, that still isn’t enough because you need an app, VLC or whatever to read the stream.

There may be alternative apps installed, like Molotov, but in principle they are paid.

We can proceed "from the outside", casting from a computer or phone (but you need a Wi-Fi connection and a cast dongle if the TV isn’t equipped with one) or go through an Android TV box.

Or subscribe, I don’t know how it works at Bouygues, a Multi TV option, in principle paid.

        Hi pee-pee,

Yes indeed, but the main goal remains the same regarding the reception of digital terrestrial television on the background.

    Hello,

If your TV is a Smart TV, simply connect it to the RJ45 outlet via an Ethernet cable, then connect to the TV of your operator.

If I’m not mistaken your operator is Bouygues see

Very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it’s not there...

      Hello,

Indeed, but if the TV is not Android to download the app and if it is not integrated into the restrictive apps existing in the app store of the TV’s overlay in question, which seems to be the case (Philips Titan OS)?

      Hello,

The problem is Titan OS, probably a Philips TV, which only receives apps from the manufacturer, not Google OS apps.

Indeed, it is indeed about connecting to B.tv via the browser built into the Smart TV
