Rj 45 not recognized on the PC, what to do please

Hello, I can’t reconnect the RJ-45 from the PC, it’s not recognized. I use it for DNLA. How can I restore the internet cable function on the PC?

    Hello.

    Could you be clearer about the situation?

    1/ give us some context
    2/ tell us what you are trying to connect
    3/ did the cord work before?
    4/ potentially give us the Windows version (assuming that’s it) in case we need to find drivers that might no longer be up to date

    Hello,

    1- try another RJ45 cable (the one you call the cable).

    2- try connecting it to another port on your box, or directly to your TV.

    If that doesn’t help, check ipconfig /all with the PC connected to the box.

    And there you go, there you have it ....

    But damn, line spacing is so annoying!!
