Hello,
I’m reaching out to you because I don’t know who to turn to for answers.
Last week, my professional Instagram account was suspended, supposedly because it didn’t respect the community standards. To this day I still don’t know why.
After making an appeal, with no further details, my account was permanently deleted by Instagram.
4 years of work gone up in smoke in a few minutes ????
I tried again, several times, to create a new one, changing the name, email address and even the IP address, but the account is systematically suspended and deleted after an appeal.
I’ve tried, with a lot of difficulty and by every means, to contact Instagram, but it’s a lost cause. The AI is of no help and no one has ever replied to the email sent.
I am discouraged and completely helpless in this situation, especially since it is one of my work tools.

Hello,
This type of question is recurrent here on the CCM forum, there is no miracle solution; the only option is to go to the help available on the site’s support, only the site administrators are able to restore your account, but once it is definitive according to general rules, there is no further recourse.

When a remedy has been reviewed and the decision to delete the account is upheld, it is generally final. It is then no longer possible to request a new examination of the decision through standard channels.
If the deletion of your account is related to a decision regarding specific content, you can try to contact the Oversight Board, an independent body that reviews certain Meta decisions.
