Find an accident report form to fill out

Hello,

I find many reports in pdf, but I can't fill it in.

Is there a particular form available?

    Question to ask normally in the Automobile section of the Law/Finance Forum (the CCM HighTech sister site; you can use the same credentials):

    You have the option to submit a constat request directly online here:

    https://www.service-public.gouv.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/R68773

    Then once filled, you can obtain it as a PDF.

    But as it stands, I cannot find a fillable PDF constat as such after downloading it.

      Hello,

      It seems contradictory because one cannot see how the part of the diagram illustrating the circumstances of the accident would be filled, nor how, under these conditions, except by printing an unmodifiable, archivable copy, it could be handed to each of the parties.

    Hello,

    It seems that most of the PDF findings are scans of the paper document that is the reference.

    Therefore, it is not a PDF form as exists for some documents: https://www.lassuranceretraite.fr/portail-info/files/live/sites/pub/files/PDF/demande-retraite-personnelle.pdf

    We could try filling it with a PDF editor, but it's difficult because you have to position yourself at the right spot each time.

    There is a mobile and tablet app for e-constat.

    Hello,

    Thank you for your responses.

    The report is impossible in case of an injured person.

    I wanted to fill in the text section, print it, and fill in the drawings manually.

    The third party is a pedestrian, hospitalized.

    Well, I will therefore make a paper report.
