Windows 11 microphone issue

Hello,
I have a problem with my microphone. I have a PC N17CSL51 Thompson Windows 11, and I just noticed that my microphone isn’t working. The output sound works.
I’m told the drivers are up to date so I really don’t know what to do. When I try to test the microphone from my settings, I don’t hear my voice.
I have Intel Smart Sound Technology
version 10.0.26100.1
In the events it’s indicated:
The device settings for SWD\MMDEVAPI\{0.0.1.00000000}.{9698c6aa-cf10-40cd-93ba-7abf86b35003} have not been migrated from the previous operating system installation due to a partial or ambiguous match between devices.
I don’t know how to resolve this and I’m grateful for any help!
Thank you!

Hello,
Often you need to uninstall an offender that prevents the mic from working, as with smart sound technology already.
Also choose the correct device by going to Settings >> System >> Sound, then go to the Input section and select it.
You uninstall the wrong one, then restart the PC and see if the correct device installs again, then subsequently go to the Thomson / Medion site to get the correct audio driver for your PC. PC N17CSL51, often named Realtek High Definition Audio with Intel SST, and see what happens to the sound when you install it.
Re,
I downloaded that tch0880400b.exe but there are so many files, I don’t know which one is the right one! I really don’t know much about this. I ran the .exe file, but when I go to my sound settings it’s always Intel Smart Sound Technology and no need to test my mic. No way to select something else
Re,
You haven't read everything I think, because I mentioned you to go download and install a new driver that is normally on the Thomson / Mediom site, specifically the driver for your PC: PC N17CSL51 for the Windows 11 system, and then see what happens.
