Hello,
My phone no longer emits any sound at all—music, keyboard, etc. However, when I connect my headphones there is no problem. I’ve already checked the settings, connections, headphones, volume, etc... nothing helps. Do you have a solution? Please, thank you.

hello,
It may happen that the sound is cut off by using the jack for headphones... which performs an automatic switching from one to the other, depending on usage..
Some "dirt" placed in the jack could be the cause..
A internal cleaning would be needed with a toothpick or a small interdental brush, phone turned off and head held downward... or the 3.5 jack facing the ground...
The brush can be dry or dipped in alcohol and moved up and down and back and forth while performing a few rotation movements... the aim being to clean the contacts and possibly remove foreign micro-parts from the inside...
Do it several times, without any force... all very gently. There you go for a fairly simple possible fix.
