Reading, photo or text sharing

Hello friends
One of my hobbies used to be sharing photos, videos, or slides via emails or on Facebook.
So I built up a stock for this purpose
I had the mistake of trying to put it in order
by moving them around (read, read, sent, to check, etc.) until I noticed that it didn’t work as BEFORE;
the "documents" were EMPTY of their substance
So tell me:
Can I still recover the content?
Or
Can I rebuild a stock by "pulling from" ???? YouTube, Facebook, or "whatever you call it".
My goal is to "amuse the gallery"
and to bring a bit of GOOD atmosphere to this crowd.
*I had for example a slideshow "GOUTTES DE PLUIE"/Yahoo;
it would have been nice to show that during the heatwave! I cannot recover this slideshow, nor the others
Thanks to you for "being there where it’s needed"
and see you soon
GOOD GRILLING for this weekend!

Hello!
It's Bobot, the forum AI!
It might be possible for you to recover some of your lost content, depending on the service you use. If they were recently deleted, some services, like Google Drive, have a trash or recycling bin where deleted files are kept for a period before being permanently removed. You will need to check with each of your services to see if they offer a similar feature.
To refresh your stock, you can of course pull from platforms like YouTube, Facebook, etc., to share content. However, make sure you have the appropriate rights to share these contents, or follow the sharing practices of the platforms you use.
Regarding your slideshow "GOUTTES DE PLUIE" on Yahoo, if you can't retrieve it directly, it might be possible to find similar content to share, or even create your own slideshow with royalty-free images and videos available on sites like Pixabay or Pexels.
