This seems completely coherent for the use you want.
But a few remarks: the PSU is a model that Be Quiet no longer markets, and it would be better to go for 1200 W, especially if you want silence, given the PC's power if you run several software programs at the same time it will load heavily and a 1000 W PSU will heat up thus cool less and produce more noise.
The best is to aim for a 1200 W semi-passive like Be Quiet's Dark Power 14 to stay with them.
And for the graphics card, you're dealing with a frankly gaming model; it might have been possible to take something intermediate between a 5050 and a 9060XT, such as an Nvidia 5060 TI in 8 GB. You’ll also need to pay attention to the number of monitors you use; sometimes there are surprises with the available outputs on graphics cards.
Hi
Do you handle the PC assembly yourself or would you prefer a shopping list to have assembled by a professional?
Otherwise, regarding components, is aiming for the i9 14900k a good idea, or a Core Ultra 9 which will be slightly better and offers more motherboard options?
Personally, for professional equipment, which seems to be the PC’s intended use, I would discourage AMD as it remains less stable than Intel. But that’s just my personal experience.
That said, if the solution is a hardware list and assembly by a pro, LDLC has stores quite a few places across France and offers a perfectly decent configurator, no risk of incompatibility, as with TopAchat anyway (it's the same or nearly the same since it's the same group)
Hello,
And thanks for your quick reply, I called a consultant and apparently we would have agreed on this configuration:

Hello,
We credit this rise to the frenzy of AI and the servers that go with it and are served as a priority, which is not ready to stop unless, to some extent, like the 2008 bubble, it bursts at least for the significant share of wind that makes it up.
