I use WhatsApp exclusively via the official app, without resorting to any third-party or unauthorized applications.
My usage consists of exchanging daily with several contacts from my address book (fewer than 30). I do not send mass messages, unwanted content, or malicious links.
Whether I connect only on the phone or via the computer.
My use of the app seems to me to scrupulously respect the terms of use.
Yet, my account is subject to recurring bans accompanied by the following message: “This account can no longer use WhatsApp,” with a note that some activities may not comply with the terms of use.
Facing this situation, could you:
1. indicate precisely the reason(s) for these repeated suspensions.
2. inform me of the measures to adopt to avoid any new ban.
