Hello.
Open Safari and go to the menu bar at the top: Safari > Preferences (or Preferences), then go to the Privacy tab and click on Manage Website Data...
Search for the site that is causing issues (or click on Remove All for a thorough cleanup).

Hello,
Hello,
It's probably a typical bug after a MacOS or Safari update.
You need to completely clear the Webkit cache.
You also need to disable Safari extensions.
Don't forget to delete the corrupted Webkit files as well.
You can dig a little deeper for a more thorough cleaning with Finder for example, and that's what I do with my Mac.
