Windows 10 Security Management

Hello,
I bought a new computer that was running Windows 11. Due to ergonomic difficulties (I am disabled), I had to switch it back to Windows 10 and I thought I had set up my account as an administrator, but there are some issues.
For example, I want to install VirtualBox, but after making all the choices in the installer, it tells me "invalid installation directory" regardless of the version of the installer I use and whichever installation folder I choose. Does anyone know how to work around this problem, either this time or even permanently?
Thank you.

Hello,
I don't know what Windows 10 does better than Windows 11, but it is generally not recommended to downgrade, but if it's your best solution, so be it.
Did you install version 22H2 from here?

I don't exactly understand where the problem is coming from, but you can reinstall without a Microsoft account without Ethernet connected; when it asks you to connect to WiFi, click I don’t have Internet. If it doesn’t offer that option, press Shift+F10 and type oobe\bypassnro
Then, after installation, disable UAC via the registry key Regedit:HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE

Microsoft
Windows

Hello,
Look, it's not Windows 10 that's the issue but VirtualBox.

A comment here states that "changing a lot of things seen on the internet" (sic) does not improve the visual comfort under Windows 11 but does not mention if, as suggested, using Open Shell (thus with a Windows 7-Windows 10 interface except for the settings) does.

Independently of VirtualBox, security under Windows 10 is of course compromised with the very imminent end of ESU and, over time, new software and even some older ones will no longer be compatible.
