Phone not receiving certain SMS

I changed my phone, but not my number. From the A14 (with 2 SIM cards) from Samsung, I switched to the A57.
Since then, I have not been receiving the security codes from my bank that are sent via SMS.
I factory reset the A14, following Samsung's advice, but nothing changes.
Does anyone have an idea that could help me? Thank you in advance.

I had a problem of this kind with Hello Bank because the bank recognizes not only the phone number, but also for security its model.
Including deleting the banking app from the old phone and reinstalling it on the new one failed, the same in this last scenario by retrieving the SMS or security code from the app on the old phone and then moving the SIM card to the new one to enter it there.
If there is no setting in this banking app itself that allows defining the phone in question, there is no other solution but to contact the bank, which in this case could of course not change the codes and connection settings but reset them, allowing the app to be reinstalled as if it had never existed.
Thank you for your response.
Your (unpleasant) experience sounds a lot like what I'm going through. Tomorrow I have to call a "technician" from the accounts service and I will suggest resetting to reinstall the application.
Thanks again
As I'm changing my phone again, I've checked what can be verified while waiting to receive the new one.
My other banking app has a setting to associate a phone, so it should be enough to dissociate the previous one.
But there's nothing in Hello Bank, even though during the previous incident I was cautious and didn't reinstall the strong authentication system using a digital key, which is at least one of the elements of the problem.
Still, I'm not too hopeful; results will likely require contacting the bank's online support again in the coming days.
Hello,
Experience made with my new phone, fingers in my nose.
One of the banks has kind of hinted that I should unlink the old phone and confirm the operation via SMS or email, I can't remember, the problem only existing in the first scenario in case of a number change or if one has not taken the care to transfer the applications from the old phone to the new one beforehand.
Hello Bank, responsible for the previous blockage, didn't even react, probably because as I also mentioned earlier I had disabled the digital key following the first disappointment.
Hello, for my issue of not receiving SMS from the bank (SG in this case), I managed to solve it without the help of the "cons seillers" (8 in total); I just had to delete the app and download it again......
