Hello,

I bought a TCL 75C89K television. This device works very well with superb image and sound quality that have us 'glued'. I wanted to connect it to WIFI, but even though the TV accesses the box, a Free Delta, when I enter the password, the box is not found. I have of course made several attempts to ensure that I did not make a typing error. But I always get the same message. For the television, the box is in 'Registered' mode. I've connected to the network via RJ45, but I would prefer to remove the cable, there are already enough of those.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Hello

    Maybe a Wi-Fi network issue.

    The manual doesn't specify whether it's 2.4 or 5GHz.

Hello and thank you for your responses.

I have 2 smartphones, 2 computers, 2 Free TV decoders, 2 wifi radios, and these devices work perfectly on WIFI. One of the computers is 15 meters away from the box and I get an excellent speed. The television is located 2 meters from the box. It's been 15 days since I received the television and since then I have downloaded and installed 2 updates. Currently, there are no new updates pending. On the Free Os app, there are 3 wifi networks: 2.4, 5, and 6 GHz and all three are active. The television only displays one network.

    Thank you.
