Hello,

I receive this kind of message: Your Google Play account has been suspended because it violates our rules, they have detected 61 viruses attacking your system. Would you like a free cleanup? or also Your account will be disabled in 3 minutes, Google indicates that after visiting an adult site (which I have never been to) your device has detected 36 viruses. It gives me a solution in 3 steps that I do not follow. Has my phone been hacked?

    Hello,

    Start with something simple:

Go to the smartphone settings and clear the browser cache:

    for example:
Settings > Apps > Chrome > Storage > Clear cache

    Then restart the smartphone.

What one understands well is clearly stated,
And the words to say it come easily.

I have just made your proposal, let's hope it will be finished.

Thank you and have a good day.

        Hello,

In all cases this is a fake virus message; they are pop-ups that push you to perform a free cleanup, which then installs malware or alters certain phone settings.

Your phone is not infected but it is blocked due to a fraudulent app, with a forced setting like Airplane mode, permissions withdrawn, then call forwarding.

A full reset helps resolve the problem.

But you need to back up to your PC, for example, before erasing everything.

These messages never come directly from Google.

Back up your photos, your contacts, and don't forget to note your passwords along with the accompanying ID.

To cancel call forwarding you can try this simple method: dial ##21#.
