Hello,
This morning, while downloading a video on YouTube, a blue screen appeared explaining that I had caught the virus mentioned earlier; the blue screen didn't go away even after turning off the computer several times.
I was advised to call a phone number. Thinking it was a commercial window, I went to work.
When I returned, I tried to turn on the computer in safe mode, but the window kept popping up.
Then the computer turned off by itself, and since then, I haven't been able to turn it back on. What should I do? Is my computer doomed?
Configuration: iPad / Safari Indeterminable

Hello,
This is a message about a telephone support scam trying to make you believe that your PC is infected to get you to call a support service....
The goal of this support is to confirm your belief that your computer is infected, making you buy software at high prices, often ending up at 200 euros.
Your computer is not infected.
If you're really stressed, we can check the computer:
Like the angel you are, you laugh creating a lightness in my chest,
Your eyes they penetrate me,
(Your answer's always 'maybe')
That's when I got up and left

If you're really stressed, we can check the computer:
- Run CCleaner (cleaner and registry)
- Run Adwcleaner (antimalware)

Are you sure you saw that on YouTube and not on another site?
