Ultra energy-saving mode locked

Hello, I have a big problem with my Samsung Galaxy Ace 4... Yesterday, I realized that I didn't have much battery left, so I decided to activate the "Ultra Power Saving" mode. However, even with this mode, the phone turned off after a few dozen minutes.
But here's the thing, I charged it, and when I restarted it, the screen was gray. Sure, I have access to all the apps, etc., as if nothing had happened, only the color remains from the Ultra Power Saving mode, and my screen is gray.
I've tried restarting it and everything... Nothing works... :/
What should I do, please?? Don't tell me I have to reset it, please?? :(
Configuration: Windows / Chrome 44.0.2403.130

Hello, I have almost the same problem on the same phone, it’s funny. Actually, I also switched to ultra power saving mode, and when I switched back to normal, I couldn't use anything more. Right now I can only use the Internet, messages, contacts, calls, and settings... basically the functions of the ultra power saving mode. I've tried everything: removing the battery, restarting in normal mode and ultra power saving mode, turning it off for a long time and turning it back on... in short, I don't want to have to reset it to factory settings, and besides, it might not even fix the problem, so if anyone has any ideas...
I received all my notifications :)
I tried this method: it didn't work.
