Hello,

I sometimes have this problem with my SFR messaging

"Your email could not be sent, one of the settings is incorrect.

  • 450 : 450 4.7.1 <wsfrf1458.priv.atos.fr[194.206.163.91]>: Client host rejected: Message sending refused: too much spam SFR_OUT_101 "

Do you have a solution?

Hello,

Personal or professional messaging? And where are the messages sent from, your home or work?

Because the indicated IP is a collective one, if the problem comes from this IP, it must be the responsibility of the network administrators.

Hello,

This is a personal messaging service.

I am using my work computer but it doesn't work on my personal phone either.

I spoke with the network administrator, and he advises me to use another browser, but I can't connect with Edge.

I will try again tomorrow.

There you have another IP (as a moderator, I can see the beginnings of users' IPs on their posted messages). Are you at home?

Do the email sends work better?

Clearly, there is a problem with SFR's servers regarding the messaging.

The fact that this happens on several of your devices and for a very large number of users proves that your equipment is not to blame; it is up to SFR to fix this problem on their own servers.

Hello,

Aside from the fact that the operator might wrongly or rightly consider emails as spam, I have no issues with SFR messaging; I know, it's not mathematical.

The reported problems seem to be related not to using an SFR address in a messaging software, but to the SFR Webmail; I haven't checked, I don't use it.

Good evening,

The network administrator from my employer confirms that the spam filter only acts on incoming email spam.

I tried with another browser and got the same result, and I'm well aware that it's pointless to contact SFR, they are incompetent.

This problem occurs from time to time.

Hello,

This may not be the cause.

A network administrator obviously only filters incoming mail.

The operator, however, may incorrectly or correctly filter outgoing mail in some cases.
