Unable to send an email to a user

Hello,
I work at a company that has an Exchange server. I cannot write to "Bidule" because I receive the following error message when I send him an email:

BIDULE
The email address of this recipient cannot be found in the recipient's messaging system. Microsoft Exchange will no longer attempt to deliver this message for you. Please check the email address and try resending this message, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator.

#550 5.1.1 RESOLVER.ADR.ExRecipNotFound; not found ##

With other data.

I've been at it for 2 hours and 30 minutes, impossible.
If anyone can help me, a big thank you in advance

    Because apparently the one you have doesn't exist...

    Yes, it exists; in fact, it's an external messaging service.

    Does it work from another messaging service (other than the Exchange in your inbox)?
    What does the admin say?

    News about my problem still not resolved!
    I managed to disconnect the user's inbox, and especially to delete it.
    My goal is for this email address to no longer exist at all. I want to be able to send an email to it like to any other external email address. But it's impossible, it still sends it somewhere on the server...
    Help me please!!

    Apparently, you need to navigate to the Info-mail section of the messaging system.
    I’m also looking into it because I have colleagues who are facing this problem.
