Error message I need to send by email

Hello,
I need to send an urgent email, the first time I received an error message because my file was over 20MB. I've reduced it now but I am getting this error message: Delivery to the following recipient failed permanently:
The email address of my contact
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 552 552 #5.3.4 message size exceeds limit (state 17).
What does this correspond to???? Thank you for your help,
Configuration: Windows XP / Safari 536.11
